Mighty Dub Fest
is going to take place in the beautiful grounds of Gosforth Park and is only a few miles north of the city of Newcastle, straight off the A1.

Newcastle Racecourse is ideal for this type of show with a large tarmac area, which will be filled with trade stands and the immaculately kept lawns that surround the elegant backdrop.

Two likely lads from the North East Phil Beattie and Bruce Emmett have joined forces to organise what is going to be one of the largest Volkswagen shows in the North. Phil is part of the Geordie Bug-ers one of the longest established VW owners clubs in the Newcastle area.Bruce is accredited for many music and charity events including Sounds in the Grounds music festival.

Camping is available on the paddocks which makes a fantastic area for family camping, but please note first come first served with families having priority. There is also the large polo field which is at the end of the racecourse which will make a great site for club gatherings with lots of space.

The area in front of the main stand is where the car show will take place from classic Beetles to splitty campers. We are proud to be associated with The Great North Air Ambulance and hope to raise money for this charity throughout the weekend.

The evening entertainment will take place in the 900 capacity bar and features so far.
